Old National Bank has launched its “Choose Your Charity” campaign, inviting the community to vote for their favorite nonprofit across Minnesota, North Dakota and Western Wisconsin. The nonprofit receiving the most votes in each of 96 communities will receive $2,500, and the top vote-getter overall will receive an additional $25,000.
Nonprofits must be a registered 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization to share in the $265,000 of available funds Old National will award to community nonprofits.
“Choose Your Charity is a creative and fun way to partner with the communities we serve by putting the decision in the hands of the people who know their communities best,” said Julie McDonough, Twin Cities Co-Market President and Private Banking President for Old National Bank. “By listening to local residents through their votes, we can recognize and support the nonprofits providing essential services across the region.”
Participants can cast their vote once per 24-hour period by visiting oldnational.com/CYC. The campaign will run from April 13-25, 2026, and voters do not need to have a business relationship with Old National to participate in the contest.
Last year’s Choose Your Charity campaign in Tennessee awarded $190,000 among local non-profits. The top vote recipient was Live Love Nashville, a 501(c)3 nonprofit helping children in need, and families through tragedies in Middle Tennessee.
“We are grateful for the many nonprofits across Minnesota, North Dakota and Western Wisconsin that help our communities thrive,” said Kris Chucko, Twin Cities Co-Market President and Corporate Banking Director. “Each nonprofit plays an important role, and these funds can help them continue that work, so we invite everyone in the community to vote and help direct Old National’s support to a local organization they care about.”
